03/1994 - 01/1999 :  Head of Technical Permanence in the company OKtopus s.a.
(tele-monitoring for security alarms and elevators).

°  Responsible for the procedure for operators.
°  Active in the organisation of dispatching of agents.
°  Creation, in collaboration with external programmers, of a new software for the management of technical permanence (feedback and manager of the project for one year); in addition, training of operators in the usage of the new software.
°  Participation in the creation of procedures to ensure compliance with the ISO 9002 quality standards.
