04/1999 - 08/2004 : Head of Technical Support for the Benelux Help Desk of the company Easy Computing (software and IT literature).
° Help for installation and use of our software, principally in the Dutch language, and research for technical or commercial solutions for possible bugs and/or conflicts. Support provided by telephone, email and via written communication.
° Occasional support for the products of the company Micro Application (French software and IT literature) for Belgium and Luxembourg.
° Creation and maintenance of the web pages for the section “technical support” of the website,
° Product manager for some French Easy Computing products.
° Product manager for the French part of two internet manuals for the companies Tiscali and Skynet
° Webmaster of the website http://www.mijn-webwinkel.com.
